On December 10, 2025, a Psychometric Test was conducted for students of Classes IX to XII to help them gain deeper insight into their aptitudes, interests, personality traits, and cognitive abilities. A total of 58 students participated in the assessment.
Based on the results, individual one-on-one career counselling sessions were conducted for 35 students of Classes IX and XI. These sessions, attended jointly by students and their parents, were led by certified career counsellors who provided personalized guidance regarding subject selection, stream choices, and potential career pathways.
The programme enhanced students’ self-awareness and enabled parents to better understand their child’s strengths and career potential. Overall, the initiative proved to be a meaningful step toward informed academic planning and collaborative career decision-making.

On November 13, 2025, developmental sessions were conducted for Classes IX and XI to promote academic growth and holistic development.
Class XI attended a session on Study Effectiveness, focusing on time management, active learning strategies, and disciplined study habits. Class IX participated in Exploring Extracurricular Activities, where students were introduced to various ECA opportunities available in school.
The sessions encouraged students to strive for academic excellence while actively engaging in co-curricular pursuits.

On July 15 and 16, 2025, students participated in a Skill Enhancement Workshop Series aimed at strengthening essential competencies.
Class IX explored Creative Thinking through engaging brainstorming activities, while Class X focused on Creative Problem Solving, applying structured approaches to real-life scenarios.
Class XI attended a session on Advanced Research Paper Writing, gaining insights into research structure and academic integrity. Class XII enhanced their Advanced Communication Skills through interactive discussions and practical exercises.
The workshops effectively nurtured creativity, analytical ability, research skills, and confident communication among students.

On April 24 and 25, 2025, students of Classes IX to XII participated in a Career and Academic Development Workshop Series conducted by the School Counselling Department.
Class IX attended a session on Profile Building, focusing on identifying strengths, achievements, and skill development. Class X explored Goal Setting, learning to set realistic academic and personal targets.
On the second day, Class XI engaged in Career Mapping, gaining clarity about career pathways and informed subject choices, while Class XII attended a practical session on Resume Building, learning how to effectively present their skills and accomplishments.
The sessions provided valuable guidance to help students plan their academic journey with confidence and clarity.
