




REPORT ON ORIENTATION PROGRAM
(Saturday, 22nd March – Monday, 24th March 2025)
The Orientation Program for the academic session 2025-26 was successfully conducted from Saturday, March 22nd to Monday, March 24th, 2025. The event was designed to familiarize parents and students with the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and school environment. It provided an opportunity for interaction with facilitators and experts to ensure a smooth and enriching learning experience.
Day 1: Saturday, 22nd March 2025
The first day was exclusively for parents to understand the foundational learning structure. The event began with registration, followed by class demonstration of Pre-Primary activities by students. The Principal’s address set the tone for the session, followed by an overview of the Pre Primary system across Pan India through a PPT conducted by the Headmistress of the Foundational Stage.
The Pre School & Pre Primary student’s performance enthralled the audience with their stunning dance moves.
A key highlight was an insightful session, “First Flight to Success – Creating Leaders of Tomorrow”, by Ms. Jyotsna Bhardwaj, a renowned psychologist and counsellor. Parents gained valuable insights into nurturing leadership skills in their children. The session was followed by a musical performance by Dr. Prabhat Dangi and Mr. Bharat Sharma, adding an engaging touch to the program. The day concluded with an interactive session with the class teachers, where parents had the chance to discuss their child’s learning journey.
Day 2: Sunday, 23rd March 2025
This day was dedicated to children and one accompanying parent. The event was structured around interactive and entertaining activities, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable introduction to school life. The Magic Show and Fun Games were the major attractions, creating a joyful atmosphere for the young learners.
To facilitate easy identification, each Pre-School section was assigned a specific colour code for their attire, adding vibrancy to the day. The time slots were organized to ensure smooth transitions and participation of all students.
Day 3: Monday, 24th March 2025
The final day was filled with fun activities for students, including a Puppet Show, Dance Session, Buggy Ride, Sand & Water Play, and Fun Games. These activities aimed at fostering creativity, coordination, and social interaction among students.
For parents, a workshop on “How to Balance Digital Exposure with Active Emotional Learning and Personal Connection” was conducted by Ms. Mitali Chatterjee, an expert in psychology and special education. The session provided valuable guidance on managing screen time and fostering emotional well-being in children.
The three-day Orientation Program was a resounding success, ensuring that parents and students are well-prepared for the upcoming academic year. The collaborative efforts of school faculty, resource persons, and enthusiastic participation of parents and students contributed to its success. The program effectively set the foundation for a year of meaningful learning, growth, and engagement.
