School has well-organized and maintained Security system.
Guards are posted on all the gates during the day and at night to check the security and safety of the School and children.
Visitors Management App is used at the School Gate to track the visitors coming to School.
Out pass/Gate pass system is followed in School where in every person going out, be it teacher or student has to deposit a pass signed by the Principal/V.P/Headmistress at the gate .Under this system, reason and time for the student going out and coming inside the School is maintained.
Besides the above measures, the following steps are also implemented in the school to ensure safety and security of our students.
- CCTV cameras are strategically placed throughout the campus for maximum supervision.
- Upgraded IP cameras for better supervision.
- Installation of fire-fighting sprinklers
- Regular safety mock drills for students and teachers.
- Hand rails on the stairs and grills throughout the corridor passage.
Following Committees are working round-the-clock on no tolerance policy for ensuring safe and congenial environment in the school for students and staff alike -
- POCSO COMMITTEE
(Protection of Children against Sexual Offences Act, 2012)
The committee works for the protection of children below 18 years from sexual harassment, sexual assault and pornography.
- VISHAKHA INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
The Institution is committed to provide a harassment- free environment for its women employees and volunteers. The committee is working towards building mutual respect, along with cooperation and understanding between various members and staff of the school.
- STUDENTS’ GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted to redress the grievances and complaints of the students in order to uphold the dignity of the school by ensuring strife free atmosphere.
- INCLUSION COMMITTEE FOR CWSN
It aims at providing an integrated unit with the help of a team which advocates and ensures necessary action for inclusion in school. The committee addresses any concerns related with CWSN in school and ensures a healthy and a positive environment for all children.
- CYBER SAFETY COMMITTEE
The cyber safety committee aims at creating a meaningful atmosphere in the school, and in the classrooms by ensuring compliance to all rules of cyber safety among students.
- DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
Committee working towards to addressing cases of bullying, vandalism and other disciplinary issues in the school campus.
- PARENTS’ GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE
The school aims to be fair, open and honest when dealing with any parent’s complaint. The committee aims to address parents’ concerns and ensure congenial and joyful relationship between staff and teachers.
- TEACHERS’ GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE
The committee examines and redress the grievance within 15 days from the date of receipt of the grievance. The committee ensures a safe, fair, and a harmonious work environment by handling, day-day grievances related to staff members, along with parents and students.
