Students of Classes I - V participated in a plethora of events organised to mark the International Day of Yoga. A Painting competition, An Online Quiz and Poster making, Rhythmic yoga, Paper bag making, Yoga logo colouring, International yoga day painting, Awareness and benefit of Asana Competition were organised. The theme of the activity was based on Yoga Postures, Benefits of Yoga respectively. To add on to the theme the students were dressed in white clothes for the occasion. All the students participated zealously in all the events.

The inter house activity, ‘On the spot painting’, was conducted for all the students of class II. The students made beautiful and colourful paintings on Symmetric design in Nature ,Landscape, Scenery, Rose garden, Future city, Animals in Nature and Butterfly in the garden. Through this activity the students got a chance to showcase their talent .They were able to understand the importance of nature and our environment.

The Inter house activity, ‘Poster Making’, was conducted for the students of class IV. The students made posters on the topics ‘Mother earth’, ‘Covid’. Through this activity the students got a chance to illustrate their talent. They were able to depict India as a culturally integrated, peace-loving, pollution free and a healthy nation with covid crisis situation.

Name of the activity: Healthy Tri Colour Sandwich Making Activity
Day and Date: Saturday, 22nd January 2022
Participating Class: Class III
The students of Class III participated in the Online Hands on Activity ‘Tri
colour Sandwich making’. They made the sandwiches with whole wheat
bread, green coriander chutney, hung curd, lettuce leaf, cottage cheese and
grated carrot in a very fun-filled and an interesting manner. Seasoning like
chat masala, black pepper and oregano were used to enhance the taste .The
sandwiches were full of nutritious vegetables and taught the children the
goodness of eating healthy. They garnished the sandwiches and each student
gave a presentation in the class. The students made colourful nutritious
sandwiches in a hygienic way. Children learnt that eating multi coloured
vegetables and greens will help increase powerful antioxidants in our blood.
All the students enjoyed the activity and relished the Tri-colour sandwiches.

An online activity ‘Say No To Plastic’ was conducted for the students of class III. The students spoke about different ways to save the environment from adverse effect of plastic.
The objective of conducting the activity was to create awareness about conserving our environment from using plastic.

An online game making activity ‘The Game Begins’ was organised for the students of class V. In this activity, Students created different types of games using online gaming software and presented it through PowerPoint Presentation.
The main objective of this activity was to introduce students regarding virtual reality, game designing skills and use of online gaming applications in creative and constructive manner.
